There were 16 entrants this month. Hannah Jones and Alex Anastacia entered again but this time there was the addition of Drews young lad, who at 8 years old, enjoyed his match against Danny Cooper. The winner of the event was Drew O'Connell who beat Mick Davis 4-2 knocking in a 79 in his final frame.

Last months winner James Harrison went out to an out of sorts Jamie Bodle who was the despatched by Jon Atkinson.

Hannah drew her father Mark in the first round but lost 3-0 on 3 black ball games.

The other competition favourite, Jimmy Gratton, had his hardest first round draw against the eventual finalist Mick Davis, and on table 18 which seemed to distract both players with its unique rolls.

Alex took Paul Beech to a deciding frame. With Paul still remembering his pot black defeat by Elliot, Alex brother, he had to steele himself to take the deciding frame.

Well done to all who entered including Cyril who played Mark HIrd in the first round and nealry upset the applecart when he took the first frame
